Intel's roadmap indicates deployment in mid-summer. I would guess that the stock price would anticipate that by a month or two.

Agree with you completely. I think the hype will really start some time in Q2 (May is my guess) when RDRAM boxes start to dribble on to the market. MileHigh predicts a spike at the end of February at the time of some INTEL applications meeting, and there is a computer show in March which give us a push if RMBS based boxes are exhibited on box makers booths.
