NetMarket is one big joke. Tried to purchase item online, and said I had to call 800# to purchase item. Purchased it. Two day's later they call to tell me item is not available. Transferred me to customer service to cancel membership. Put on hold for 30 minutes to speak to an illiterate who speaks scripted language only.

Very poor customer experience. First impressions are everything, and NetMarket (Cendant) failed miserably IMO.
