Hey MMV, I hope you haven't been a bear for the last 7 years! Monex is a few miles from me, I know some of the people there, and I really feel sorry for the Gold Bugs. (what I am up on softee this morning, I am down on Cisco, oh well, thats why we own more than one, I guess.)

I see The Liar-in-Chief has taken American cynicism to whole new heights.

What the heck does politics have to do with this discussion? My question about pre or post split was a reasonable one, don't you think? Besides, the Liar in Chief resigned from Congress this Winter.
