To All:MAJOR NEWS: NVX announced that clinical trial shows promising results in development of new meningitis vaccine. Complete phase I trials. Just another significant piece of that pipeline we have been talking about here. The mind set that NVX is a one product company is a major misconception if you are trying to evaluate NVX as a long term investment IMO. The real value of NVX is indeed in the pipeline as it is also with most successful drug companies. Most of tomorrows revenue projections of any of the major drug companies are based on their pipeline. I do not hestitate to venture a guess that the "present value" of NVX's pipeline is conceivably on the order of 2 to 3 times todays market cap. I am indeed bias, very bias and I think for good reason. :-}

CONSERVATIVE MANAGEMENT SPEAKS OUT. Read NVX's 1997 Annual Report which you should have gotten in the mail today if you haven't already. This does make it all worth waiting for. Just could account for the relatively strong ending at the close today. It appears NVX did more than half of its daily volume in the last half hour. Now that remark is intended as a minor footnote. I'll be back with specifics on the Report I read what Dr. Sharon Mates had to say in her comments dtd March 18,1998 as very bullish. Sometime soon this company is going to get the full recognition that they deserve from Wall Street and the rest of the health communities of the World. I particularly like their slogan; " THE IMPORTANCE OF OUR WORK GROWS BIGGER EVERY DAY " :-}, :-}, :-}
