Yes, interesting and the stock price is down, not up. Wouldn't have figured that except that to me "Market Perform" is not as solid as "Buy." It's better than just Accumulate but I found that to be an average comment. Just my opinion.

more likely that they think the stock price already is based on "these results", and would need better then "these" to advance, I think.
