Tony, the FUD over the serial number/security thing is dispelled It would be very risky for Intel's management to attempt to dispel the public's concerns. Remember the clever way Intel handled the FDIV bug publicity for the first few days of the crisis? They should admit they made a mistake and get back to the business of microprocessors. Scumbria
