Here is part of what T. C. stated this morning: -Kim Hart on Friday evening stated that neither Sungold nor its legal counsel had received such notice from the Band. In fact ,he stated that as recently as Jan.5 the company attended a meeting with the Band as part of their ongoing negotiations to establish a working agreement to build and operate a casino in Michigan on land that would be gifted to the Band by Sungold. -As soon as Sungold's legal counsel has contacted the Band's legal counsel to determine the validity of the posting the company would be issuing a news release.
