Hey, how do you start a new subject thread on SI? Anybody know?

I want to start one on the new Highway Bill, which is now up to $218 billion over the next six years. If you don't have a calculator handy, that's 36.33 billion/year, or $3 billion a month, or $750 million a week.

That's the equivalent of building two or three brand new football stadiums a week. We're talking Pork Barrel City here.

I'm tired of speculating, I want some stocks sure to go higher over the next few years, and I can't think of a better bet than those likely to profit most from the new Highway Bill. If anyone sees a fallacy in this approach, please tell me what it is.

TIA
