Chief, I came across an old message from you, from trying to reach you direct on SI private e-mail. Well, besides all of us still plugging along making a dollar here and there, have you heard any news on our BXM/BSR/BXO legal matters ? I try to keep my eyes open but have not heard much since that U.S. Judge said Canadians couldn't join the U.S. lawsuit. Your response will be appreciated. Good Day. p.s.
