hmnnn... might take a few more days to get that price. It is encouraging to see such solid basing going on in the high 290's. Gotta be driving the shorts nuts.... Let's not talk about AOL... I fell for that one hook line and sinker....way too much positive press ("all net stocks suck, oh yah, except for AOL") yah, right...price declined nice and consistently. So I got impatient, took my medicine and just bailed....guaranteed to sky on Wednesday's announcement now :). I like NOK.A better. Earnings this Friday prior to open. Trades fairly predictably (3-5 days up, 3 days of modest pullback) Today marks the third day of pullback. Already trending out of the dip. Oh hell, I've already stepped into the OT leagues here, so I'll go on... Nokia has surpassed both MOT and ERICY in quality and market share. Holiday sales were extraordinary...EPS numbers will be crushed. They normally split above 120 so a split announcement is very likely as well...the last report involving a split saw NOK.A rise 30 points over the next 3 days (yikes!) at this moment NOK.A is the analyst favorite for wireless communication going into 99. long term, buy stock...if you're a short term momentum player (who me?) I'd go with the Feb 140's (calls). ....YHOO still sitting at 298.... ....shorts still sweating.... ....please go down...please go down....you make no money...you never will....(hands trembling, peek again at the quote server...298 1/2....NOOOOO!!) ....ppppplease go down....you have to go down...you're just a bubble...all bubbles eventually pop.... hmmnn...wait a minute...what if there is no bubble? (begin to feel faint)...what if it is really a new evolutionary business? (sickening feeling growing worse) ....oh pppplease go down....(one last peek: 298)...$hit!
