Truthfully, I am not privy to inside information. If I was, that would be insider information and we all know that is illegal. I am a long time equities investor and with that I have been very fortunate to have met some very fine people in the investment community. Some I trust others I do not. I am neither a broker nor promoter! My two specialties in life, among others of course, are economics/finance and telecommunications. Clearnet intrigued me back in December because first and foremost, it was greatly undervalued and too a very large extent still is. I became more intrigued when I heard of the possible takeover rumors. Apparently so have several others in the investment community. When I stopped to think about, I did my own homework and came up with the conclusion that a friendly takeover made a great deal of sense. We have experienced consolidation in the telecommunications field in Canada over the past year and half and expect to see more of it. My own DD and personal sentiment has to a large degree been warranted by the ongoing rumors in the investment community. I always encourage everyone to do their own DD. I have! Based on my DD (which comprises of many different things), I strongly feel, that Clearnet will be taken over by either Bell Mobility, BC Tel/Telus or Sprint. Sprint desperately needs a cellular network in Canada as does BC Tel/Telus. Remaining extremely optimistic, ZEUS
