PNLK and AT&T
Anyone follow PNLK? It seems to creep to $2 or more after news. It's pulled back from the day's high. Any input appreciated.

Rande; BD thanks; I have been watching 35+/- blocks trading on BD. Viewing the NOV-DEC timeframe as accumulation. If my float sources are right and, if you believe that institutions, for the most part will hold. Then the current supply should be quite limited. I'm not entering until I see some break of the 16 area resistance.

Looking to set up a defensive element in my portfolio. I believe that the DOW is on its way down big time. Want to be in the market but with some degree of security. Looking a precious metals, interest yielding plays, possibly oil sector, and good quality small caps. And keeping a peek over my shoulder at Y2K issues.

Have been looking at some beaten down REITs E.g. PAH. Which at the current price offers a 10% yield. Does anyone have opinions re. REITs

Anyone care to offer suggestions for defensive stocks which stand to offer a reasonable return.

Kevin
