Yes there is higher risk on the warrant - appr 20-25% at this point. assuming that the price of the warrant moves penny for penny with the price of the stock and lets assume that that movement is roughly a 42 cent gap for simplicity sakes.

a one penny move either way in a higher % move on the warrant. My only problem with them may be liquidity as a trading instrument - I do not know what it costs to exercise them but If they are a 6 month hold because you frimly beleive in this one and you are willing to lose it all either way then the warrnt makes more sense
