Mark, as you should know, I "bashed" RACE from about $ 8.00 down to less than .50. I gave detailed reasons as to why I believed RACE's revnues would go down (and they did exactly as I noted). I based my opinions on the 10Q's and 10K's at that time.

Now RACE has a new hype-sounding story, IMO. I have not followed up on it, but I suspect RACE would make a good short- ultimately. Again, I'd have to confirm that, but I don't feel it is worth my time.

Regarding FTEL, I am amazed that so many people are willing to follow a dream rather than reality. Most small companies like these will do poorly.

The past history of a company is very important, especially if one has questions about the company.

I am satisfied with my opinion on FTEL and that opinion is that FTEL will disappoint as it has in the past (i.e. Intrine order).

Maybe I am wrong. The future will vindicate my words or not.

I am currently in the process of developing a powerful new tool to help spread information/opinions more quickly on small-cap and other types of stocks. The service will probably be free and many on this thread, I believe will like to take adantage of what I will be offering (by Jan 1, 1999). You will be able to make your own VALUESPEC.com -type Stock Libraries without doing or knowing any programing!
