Agreed, I was hoping that you weren't that "stupid". Unfortunately, some on this network get all excited when they feel they have "sure thing" information and spout off like it's from someone at the company or something. Then they get themselves in trouble. It's more prevalent among the bulletin board stocks, though.

CLNTF being bought-out and the CRTC....

My understanding is that the CRTC would have to loosen restrictions for CLNTF to be bought-out. If BCTel, Telus, etc. were to buy-out CLNTF, than the spectrum cap restriction would have to be loosened by the CRTC. If Sprint or Nextel were considered buyers, than the majority foreign ownership restriction would have to be lifted.

Before any "bidding war" starts, these regulations must be addressed and are partially why CLNTF is so undervalued compared to its US peers. Zeus, when you say that some of these restrictions have been loosened, which are you referring to (both?) The Canadian government is not known for being a "swift mover" and these restrictions mentioned above still exist in the US-so I'm trying to understand your comment "limitations by CRTC have loosened and will continue"

Zeus, I think your info and contacts are amazing, however, as I'm doing my DD, just trying to answer these regulatory questions-because I think they are the keys in all of this.
