DELL has been blowing the Street away every time before the earnings, why I don't see it happening this time ? I am afraid it will be another expection+ and whisper number- case ? Anyone has sense of the earnings coming up ?

Arthur, for setting up their e-mail account, they need to speak with their ISP provider, not Dell. But if your friends just have some basic questions, why can't they go to the Dell support web page and fire off their list? Of course they need e-mail set up to receive a reply. Circular.
