William; Thanks for FAX will check out australia. Yes on utilities. I'm mostly targeting the smaller ones since they are highly likely to be acquired. Look at EUA e.g. I know the ones in New England and some others, but looking for suggestions also. Eyeballing CV and Central Maine Power, plus a couple of Water companies e.g WTR,AWK
