Janice, Ellen is partially correct regarding Kugler, but is not accurate. The firm Kugler was with, Principal, was the company that was inundated with calls, faxes,...the compliance department did not tell him he had to stop. It was after his new firm Everen (they acquired Principal) was also contacted that their compliance department advised Kugler of Everen's company policy. He has not posted since that time. He did not have to have his posts approved by Principal. The RMIL squeezers were successful in preventing Kugler from posting additional dd through their campaign. Ellen posted: He WAS prevented from posting - but much later, after his firm had been contacted. As a broker, his posts required approval of his firm's compliance department. Janice posted: You phrase this as if he'd been deliberately defying the orders of Compliance. This isn't a law, you know; different brokerages have different policies. And of course we all know many brokers and other market professionals who post here at SI. I would guess that Compliance asked him to stop posting when Pugs and Riley began their campaign of harassment.

You responded to: I've stated here on this thread what MZUBOZ concurred with in his post. You respond to him with a very civil post. But in posting to me, you bring out the venom. That's just strange Janice. Your response: Why is that strange? You've been both rude and hostile to me from the outset. Not so at all Janice. And I'd suggest you clean up YOUR act before calling anyone rude or hostile. Do you ACTUALLY think you are NOT rude and hostile???? If so, THAT is unbelieveable!
