Dear Marlene: There is no official "investment club" that I am aware of. However, we are attempting to make contact with management to give them a chance to air their side of the situation before casting our votes. Frankly, at this point I tend to agree with you however I am willing to allow them the opportunity to persuade me differently. If they respond and give us permission to repeat (which I would be shocked if they didnt--no one is entitled to any info not available to all--I am certain we will post it here and at least in my case tell you all how I voted, you can then vote your own conscience. Dear Marlene, From what I hear, through the grapevine, we're in for blockbuster earnings.I have already provided my EPS est. at$.34cents. We should establish a registry for those participating in this EPS lottery,with prizes for best and closet ones!! The good news is we have approx.500,000 shares locked away and counting.Will keep you advised as that number changes.unfortunately,due to scheduling problems,I will be unable to attend SHM,wanted to incorporate a ski weekend with it but my schedule clashed. With significant news available is their anyone interested in supplying the thread with first hand information from the meeting. If so,please let me know so we can provide you with a lap top,so you can report directly back to us,here on S.I.This will drive the shorts nuts!!! Regards, Dave P.S.
