Pro, I thought half of land sale proceeds would go to Indians cutting cash to $48 million for sale of all of it. For listed stocks selling below cash value see CMW (1/4 Billion Cdn $ in cash, slightly above cash) or CAX (below cash) or CCN (slightly above). I'm out.

I was certainly caught off guard on this...I have been in for 3 years. I am staying until I see this get to $2+...

Can you imagine any other bb stock with 96 million in their pockets, when and if this happens?

When it happens...this stock should rise...rise...rise...

It also makes perfect sense for them to harvest on other property since they were doing that all along...use part of this money to get into the furniture side of things where revenues should be strong and consistent.
