I believe that body size is ON AVERAGE much smaller in some far east countries. We know that the drug is taken up very quickly from the urethra. But a critical and less efficient step is transfer between the corpus spongiosum and corpus cavernosa, and of course the drug is broken down farily quickly. I guess this is why with muse you have to use 1-2 orders of magnitude more of the drug than with injection.

Now, I would have thought that with a smaller penis the tranfer referred to above is MORE efficient and there will be a higer dosage effect...will there?? BUT, if one has a small one is it a job getting it in.

I distinctly remember Zebra saying that he thought that the applicator could have been made a little smaller ......
