Ouch..what a pain.

I have no answers, only another (hopefully simpler) question..

I simply want to exercise the warrants to common, yet NDB tells me I need documentation from the Company that the restriction has been lifted. I don't want to sell the warrants (or shares)..

What is the "documentation" needed? Has anybody else exercised thru their NDB account?

I reseived the same e-mail and called them this morming and they said they have taken care of all of this and don't need the info.(for me that is) this should apply to you also you my want to call them and ask them what the deal is. They did tell me there was a $25 fee( on there end to exchange them.
