Sorry I found that NPEC holds only stock in MDIN and the news will be out Feb. 1-4
as stated. We should not know much untill the news get's here. MDIN is a totaly seprate company doing there drill program in Chile. If they hit well you know what will happen to NPEC holding the stock they do. The rest is to follow I'm told in the news on Telecom, etc.

Regards, God Bless
Jim....

Ya see grantsi, it's kinda like this:

1) NPEC is the largest shareholder of MDIN which equals xx millions or about 25% of the company's issued shares to date
2) These shares of MDIN are in effect assets of the company(NPEC}
3) As MDIN share price increase, so does NPEC asset book value
3) Management i.e. officers, directors and insiders are one of the same for both companies as evident at the MDIN AGM and news releases
4) My guess is you will eventually see a consolidation of the two companies once MDIN hits paydirt

IMO, get into one or the other or both while their still affordable. Capeshe Hombre?

Have fun,
dd
