I'm back in at 30. Source in Taiwan told me customers are coming back, they're application support is superior, even designing system board for customers, MOT don't has that many products version as POWI, also weak app. support. The reason some customers holding back their purchase is because POWI's asia sale suck, bad attitude, he thought they are the only one in the world has that kind of products(for some products, it is true). Since the complain by customers, POWI already taking approriate action. There's some problem with one of the products, engineers still working on it, and they already has different version of it for customers. The market POWI is in is very large, many IC companies(some in Taiwan) have their eyes in this market, but it'll long before any serious competitions come in. You can check out H&Q's report, they think POWI's in the market that is still far from saturated.
