I'm here don't worry. Clearly, I expect DELL to preannounce blowout earnings on/around Feb.1-4th. I doesn't make sense for them to go to Montgomery (the 2nd largest tech. conference) and be mum while CPQ, AAPL and GTW steal their thunder. CPQ has earnings out on Jan 27th and a special analysts day scheduled for Jan 29th in NYC. MD needs to break the silence barrier real soon. I have heard that they sand bagged their last quarter because of too many high expectations for stock splits from the small investors. He wanted to cool things off a little bit to bring things back to reality. BTW, I don't own it, but the word is something is brewing with DELL and WANG Labs.Just remember I reported back in NOV.98' that the Buzz going around the Phoenican was DELL buying XCIT so don't hold it against me.
