WoW!! Sandy. I am impressed. Even the most bullish person on IOM is getting irritated and -ve. I like this. i really do. I am gonna keep my IOM shares for more time. Thanks for sharing your true feelings. It is a fact that this stock stinks and i was very very irritated when people here post as though everything is fine with IOM world. I will agree to them only when this shit impresses wallst and starts making new year highs. Till then i am -ve and i hope the rest of the thread is also -ve to reflect the true feeling. Because, i am damn sure IOM IR and management looks at these threads and let them know the true feelings of long suffering longs. Excuses like shortage of components blah blah are very old and no longer accepted. The longs here had enough pain already and they deserve something better from IOM management. As more and more people turn -ve here, i feel good. IOM should be close to bottom when even most bullish people turn -ve. Besides, i have always seen IOM move opposite to the feelings of this thread and so more bears and more -ves are welcome by me.

Thanks again. I am also hoping to see the curse in IOM to go away soon and hope the real long term players finally see some light. After all, this company has the potential and that's the very reason we are all invested in it. It is up to the management to execute it.

Is The Party Over So Soon?

A lot of concerned Shorts on the Iomega threads tried to warn everyone what would happen after the Earnings report last week. The usual personal and off-topic ridicule and name-calling was the response. Now look where IOM is.

Everything is turning out exactly like I said. I've said before that Iomega can sell 50 Million Zips and not make a penny in profit. That broad statement is turning out to be the case. Plus, Iomega is facing the fact that they are following an OEM model with fewer and fewer OEM's.

Plain and simple, Iomega's future is more uncertain than ever. There are much better investments out there.

<<but knowing iom's luck they will announce some kind of shortage on the fricking jaz carboard box they come in!!!!good luck >>

I know the feeling and I can definately relate to the above. What has me puzzled is this. Why would Jody G., working for a reputable company like ROK leave his post for a one product company? Granted he's at a higher level, however, is it worth it?
