Jon Cave; I'm waiting for APA here as well... They have some exciting exploration plays in Egypt & Australia and Globally diversified with good balance between Oil & Gas... I'm waiting for earnings & a writedown - then buying on the selloff that I fully expect... Take a look at the 5 year chart on APA... good value; they are also an acquirer here... solid company 2nd to only Anadarko imho in drillbit potential/performance; but much more reasonably priced...
