Dacom International of Korea Launches IP
Telephony Service Using VocalTec Solution

SEOUL, South Korea & HERZLIYA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan.
25, 1999--Dacom International Inc., a subsidiary of Dacom Corp., one
of South Korea's largest long distance, international telephone and
on-line service providers, and VocalTec Communications Ltd.
(Nasdaq: VOCLF), the IP communications company, today announced
that Dacom International is offering IP telephony phone-to-phone
service to its business and residential customers using VocalTec's IP
telephony products.

Dacom International is offering international service using VocalTec
Telephony Gateways(tm) located in Korea and the US. The service
began in December and already has more than 700 corporate Korean
subscribers.
