Richard, One of those class action lawsuits has already been settled. Moreover, the company is presently buying back $1 billion worth of its shares. That's $1 billion. It also sold off one of its divisions for about $850 million. Look at it today. I got in under $13. This company is a cash cow, a blue chip for the taking. You can have one share of AMZN -- or six shares of CD. The individuals and institutions who got out of CD are now getting back in. Bootz
