>>>AT&T To Unveil Integrated Voice, Data Network

NEW YORK (Reuters) - AT&T Corp. (NYSE:T - news), the No. 1 U.S. long distance company, will unveil Tuesday its long-awaited Integrated Network Connect (INC) network, which will allow customers to send voice and data traffic on one, blended network, industry sources said.

The network will allow customers to consolidate voice traffic, as well as several high-speed data transmission services such as ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and frame relay onto one service, analysts and industry sources said.

The new service is expected to be outlined Tuesday at ComNet '99, a communications industry trade show in Washington, D.C.

Bob Annunziata, president, AT&T Business Services, will hold a press conference Tuesday at the trade show to announce ''new business services that address the explosive demand for data and IP (Internet protocol) networking,'' AT&T said.

AT&T declined additional comment.<<<<

----re: the arrival of coffee pot -- basher is too nice a word... the correct term is THREADLICE. ignore, ignore, ignore. Let's see, AT&T issues a press release to announce the rental of bandwidth and services by a microcap. Yeah, right. In fact, threadlice is probably too nice a term...back in the old neighborhood he would simply have been called shitforbrains.
