Intel's announcement last week was great because it validated the marketplace... However, they never put into context the "Why" you would want to do this...and it is coming off as big brother...We are in total support of Intel's announcement and view it as complimentary, but we can also state the "Why" factor... The consumer wants this because it adds to their privacy not decreases... it adds to the security of all E-commerce transactions, and never again will the consumer have their credit card (or any other sensitive info) strewn across the internet for anyone to hack...Companies can know exactly who is on their network, and not have to open their networks to hacker attacks...Lastly, consumers will get to take advantage of new software and digital content distribution models like pay-per-use and rent-to-own. Win-Win-Win all the way around... -Kent
