where do you find information on the information on shares outstanding/float? Also what is market cap? Past earnings - I can not find anything under Edgar! Please help me with DD cy

Besides a nice software interface for seeing key words in context, and multi-language support -- can anyone tell me what else this stock has going for it? Why isn't it worth 8 bucks vs. 33 bucks? Is this a case of over-hyping & this thing will drop like a rock once people start bailing (ie - the greater fool theory..)? I am familiar with search engines and search engine technologies (having worked in the business itself) -- so feel free to edify me re: what technology is really so great here...Just looking for some more facts about the co. etc. Tnks.
