OT This "budget surplus" stuff is B.S. We actually have an increasing deficit because the govt puts Social Security money into the general fund to "shore it up" instead of putting it in a special fund. This will show up better when we have one worker for every retiree. Not good, not good at all. Eliminate all taxes, income and soc. sec, a free market makes wealth wealth and more wealth for everyone who wants to work. (Vote Libertarian) Freeus
