Three to five years away from a production system. Lithography is needed for the next generation of semi growth. AMAT and ASMLF will be major players and do whatever is necessary, they are not on my semi equipment maker list just for decoration. LU's SCALPEL just happens to fit the bill, saving them the R&D costs. It is not a trivial matter to go from R&D proof of principle to beta prototype to production system.
