I am puzzled. I've never shorted, but, if I shorted ebay today, how would I have been squeezed. Assume I have plenty of margin. Are the people getting squeezed only those without the $ backing. If so, do they actually get squeezed out at mid day...Maybe there is a post around explaining it, but I don't get it...Also, each daytrader would be working on their own...Why would you see a conspiracy ? I also wonder where daytraders have so much dough that they could play with fire, I mean a 200 dollar stock, but maybe that ain't my biz...
