Doug: If your thought is of fact, by looking at some others with E-Com Business it may be apparent that NPEC would be smart to hold off until all final work was done. If you look at GSIC, WOOD, AXIG, to name a few that have also talked of the ". Com " Business only to loose shareholder value within the time pre the anouncmets due to slow buinling of web sites and poor web sites when finished. Like I said the IR, stated Feb 1 to 4 is anouncment time. You stated early in the past posting your not a stockholder and did not wish to talk with the company so why the long posts on nothing? Seems odd..... You have some good information and are holding out on us! I'll bet you know all the details and just wish to wait for the right time to let all of us know. Well I for one will wait for the news and I shure hope your still here to explain it to me when they get it on the $3500 per issue wires. Regards, God Bless Jim....
