Mr Shell
Have you considered employing (on a contingency basis)someone who can improve the visibility of HTSF to the internet consumer and educational market. If so you can send me a private mail. Incidentally I am also a stockholder and am offering to pursue this with you to enhance the success of HTSF rather than an employment or professional inquiry

Sell on the net announcement du jour:

ConSyGen stock jumps with Web site news

NEW YORK, Jan 25 (Reuters) - Shares in ConSyGen Inc.
(Nasdaq:CSGI -news) more than tripled in price Monday
after the software company said it would sell its new counterfeit-detection device through the Internet.

The shares were up $2.44, or 229 percent, to $3.50 in
early afternoon. The shares notched up the top gain
in percentage terms on the Nasdaq exchange.

The stock reached a high of $4.69, its best performance
since May 1998, before easing. Volume was more than 40
times normal levels, at 2.3 million shares traded.

The Phoenix-based company said in a statement its counterfeit-detetection device, Counterfeit Cop, could
be ordered through a link to Yahoo Inc.'s
(Nasdaq:YHOO - news) Internet shopping site.

The ordering device is similar to the one used by
Internet book retailer Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq:AMZN - news),
OnSale Inc. (Nasdaq:ONSL - news) and other
Internet commerce sites, ConSyGen said.

Counterfeit Cop detects such items as counterfeit
currency and credit cards. ConSyGen also provides solutions
for the Year 2000 computer bug,which is predicted to crash
systems at the start of the millennium.

Educational standards are rising sharply: All around the country:

- "social promotions" are being done away with;
- standardized testing is on the increase;
- the issue of "school choice" is gaining favor where
students can choose which school to attend so
"non-performing schools" will lose out

All this is causing schools to consider "what else can we do to
improve". I suggest this increasing "need" bodes well for HTSF.

Comments please. Mel
