Richie: I don't think it too unusual. Don't forget, they wanted to make an announcement last week and postponed it. I don't think it was EBAY or any of the other minor alliances we've heard so far. I think that tomorrow's conference is IT. I read victor's subsequent post and agree that they would not have a negative announcement the day before earnings and agree that they are trying to dampen speculation. "Speculation" so far seems to have been having a net negative effect and I think CPQ wants to stop the bleeding ASAP. I don't think there will be a Wednesday cc - I think it's just Friday and is probably just a "scheduling thing" with the parties that CPQ wants/needs to be there. Glad I'm not hearing any overblown whisper numbers. Maria just said expectations of .37. I feel ... ah yes - "caustiously optimistic!" K
