A@P why does PNLK trade with such a tight spread?? Are they churning it? I stabbed some when you covered and am hoping for a gap to sell into tomorrow. I swore off BB's but I made a bunch on this last spring...

I heard that KTEL was halted at one time and the SEC forced all the shorts to cover (because of so-called "failed chain" trades) causing a massive squeeze. Seems to me the SEC would be colluding with the insiders in getting the valuation up. What are "failed chains" and did this actually happen? Anyone comment?
