Bob:

The only "answers" he got were retreads of ideas from the monks in Tibet and the mystics in India -- where he also caused riots to break out and had to flee back to the Middle East.

<The buddha may have been seeking answers but Jesus was bringing the answers to us!
He already had the answers.>

Well, that is your opinion, Bob. Everything I have read that makes sense indicates that Jesus, whatever his original name was, was a charismatic SEEKER who spent much of his life in India. I have also read that many of his "answers" probably came from heavy use of psychedelic drugs.

Of course you are entitled to your opinion, but I think it would be helpful to remember that Jesus' legacy has been embroidered by followers who were desperate to believe in something that reassured them, and has little or nothing to do with whatever presence was later labelled "Jesus".
