Mark, Hi!!! Thanks.... Dell's market strategy is what so many of us were taught growing up..keeping your word.....I feel very lucky to have found Dell when I did...By mid 1996 I was into thirteen other companies ...all were for the money...Dell's word hit close to home very early...fortunate for me...I recognized it easily....sold the others and ran with MORE AND MORE DELL..made a lot with Dell...but, the more I know about the company the more...well....yeah, I'm proud of what I have learned about Dell...but, what is scary is the future...I firmly believe Dell is unstoppable...200 service awards this year prove it!!
