Sergio, What is this ICQ is it a chat program that you type messages back and forth? A friend of mine has this program called CU SEE ME (I think) I have seen it work it is voice and video over the internet, the video is a little choppy and the voice sounds a little funny but they talk to people all over the country for free over the internet, the video is optional but it is good for seeing friends and relatives (at least the ones you want to see) that you don't see that often.
