Are you hanging around here waiting to short the stock or are you already short? I noticed you mostly hang out on the short sellers threads. Truthfully I was looking to short the stock, but upon doing some digging the company has positioned itself financially much better than they had been. Buying out the convertible was a good move. Prior to Nov might be time to short though when the B can be converted. I actually have a small long position right now. Was hoping for more of a move today. I don't have my notes in front of me right now, but I believe an s-3 was recently filed for 9.3mln shares. Might be seeing some selling into this rally. Today's volume was decent, but only 1/8 pt move. btw, no short bashing. I'm not here to debate the company's technology. The short would have been from a fa point of view. x p.s. still couldn't find anything on First Level Securities. That's what made me very interested, is the fact that they trade out of Boca Raton, which is a red flag usually. Lots of unscrupulous dealings done off shore, and BR has been a popular place to do business through. May have actually been the end of the convertible. I have no idea. Just a guess.
