Richie: If you were an analyst and could get to the Tuesday meeting in New York wouldn't you hope that you could steal a march on the Street by getting a few nods and winks about the earnings announcement? We might get some serious leaks affecting the market tomorrow.

Richie. Re: ".the only spin that makes sense...is like you stated, to squash the negative." Another concern would be to move quickly to announce things to avoid it leaking out.
