But WOOD states that its mission is part philanthropic and part environmental, so how can
they just give the sale of all the land they want to protect to a Miami realtor without placing
certain conditions and restrictions on the prospective buyers?

That's an interesting point, and one I hadn't thought of....

But really: call the real estate agent. It's amazing what people will tell you if you only ask.
