When a stock drops 36.1% in a day like DCHT it is a method of averaging down your cost so as to be able to get out at a lower price or reducing your average cost so if a stock runs your profits are enhanced. In a down market it can also amplify your losses if it drops below your average quickly.......This is very simple and Mr. Metals can probably answer it better if I have not explained it well enough.

With respect to the tread, averaging down with high-risk pink sheet stocks is very much like peeing into the wind. I do not pee into the wind. Which reminds me of another story.. my wife asked me recently why I do not wash my hands after peeing - I told her I learned how to pee without getting my fingers wet. Best wishes:)
