I don't recall saying that about INTC. I have heard rumors about INTC before from friends and may have commented on them, but I personally do not know anybody there. In any case, they were horrible? what's your point?

BTW- I still own puts on this pig that I bought a month ago, but have not added more (obviously should have as it appears speculators are waking up)

I know a few people at DELL. They have claimed to see a slight slowdown before yet DELL's numbers are always a blowout. Something is amiss there. when it gets out, DELL will have hell to pay.

Yes, MSFT puts are cheap for a reason (lack of volatility), and the premiums are much less than those on the S&P puts, but the move is close to the same since MSFT is the $450 billion monster that moves all the indexes. Besides, to move that stock $5 today because they are going to double the number of shares is ridiculous. It deserves to be pooted. Thanks for the hot tip though!

good luck over the next couple months. They should be fun.
(but not if you are following the herd of course?)
are you? (G)

This market is getting ready to make its initial break before the pre-crash consolidation (or maybe it just crashes from here.. nothing would surprise me at this point). As I said yesterday, I firmly believe that it will be all over by early March/late Feb w/ a possibility (while small) of a crash from current levels. You can either sell now in a position of strength or sell later when you are back on your heels. I guarantee you this pig is going to end in disaster and soon. If you are long right now... you're wrong. I GUARANTEE it!

LT,

Dell had a bad quarter last quarter, and was dead in the water for most of it....

If GTW is any indication, DELL should smoke'em...
