The owner of the Smilex site, Scott Frye, was also in attendance. There is a lot of useful information presented in a no nonsense manner at his site. Scott has experience as an investment banker and had some interesting ideas about RDIM and several other start up companies. Here is the information from the original RDIM prospectus: smilex.com Scott will be upgrading his site soon.
