I heard there's a ton of Convertible Debentures and off shore paper in FTRK that can be a huge problem short term...Is this true?? MM

FTRK should be prices much much higher,,,,I think I pointed out why earlier today. Just the $6 mil a year revenue from Millenium Partners, their video gaming publication company alone, should justify a $1.00 price, not to mention their mobile satellite products and their MDU strategy with Direct TV. Now....it is true the only reason the stock is low is because of manipulation of the 504 financing, but that ended a couple weeks ago and there should not be any more reason for much game-playing among the MM's. If there is, it should be short-lived, and if they decide to let it run (which is very possible) this thing could rocket. Either way, at these levels you will either win soon or win later....imho
