Pro, You can get the number for KEYES Realtors by dialing (305) 555 1212 and ask for their Intl Division; then to Rudy the realtor. The $96 Mil
number has been bandied about without mention of 30%-40%est Corporate cap gains taxes and commissions and fees of 10%est. So if a third of the whole is sold, this leaves $18-20 Mil net to be reinvested in mills and projects. You can see how fast the money can be spent IF it comes in.
